161.34 DRUGS IN THE WORKPLACE.
   (a)   It is the policy of the City to maintain a work environment that is safe for our employees and others being served by the City or doing business with the City.
   (b)   It shall be the policy of the City to prohibit the unlawful manufacture, distribution, possession, or use of alcohol or illegal drugs by any employee while on the job or on City property. Any employee who reports to work or is found under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be subject to discipline.
