153.07 CREW CHIEF TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION.

   (a)   There is hereby created the position of Crew Chief to the Parks and Recreation Department.

   (b)   The position of Crew Chief shall be in the unclassified service of the City, which shall be a full-time position under the Director of Parks and Recreation.

   (c)   The Director of Parks and Recreation shall define the duties performed and the skills and education for this position by submitting and obtaining concurrence from Council of the job description, which is submitted by reference with this section.

   (d)   The position shall be in the non-exempt service and paid in the salary range of S-20. (Ord. 53-08. Passed 7-15-08.)
