153.01 PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION TRUST FUND.

   (a)    There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Parks and Recreation Commission Trust Fund.

   (b)    The purpose of this Fund is to permit both individuals and organizations to contribute money or equipment directly to the City to be used for recreation and park purposes, and to allocate the profits of the coin-operated vending machines to the Fund for these purposes.

   (c)    The Parks and Recreation Commission is hereby authorized permission to install or have installed such vending machines as they determine are needed in the recreational facilities located both in City Hall and in other park and recreational facilities throughout the City.

   (d)    The Auditor and Treasurer are hereby notified to establish such a Trust Fund to receive contributions and profits as noted in subsection (b) hereof, and to expend such funds upon authorization of the Parks and Recreation Commission for park and recreational purposes of the City.
