   147.01 APPOINTMENT; TERM; COMPENSATION; DUTIES.
   (a)    There is hereby created the office of City Engineer to be appointed by Council for such term as Council may provide.
   (b)    The Engineer shall have such duties as are required by Ohio R. C. 733.80 and as are outlined by contract. Such contract shall be executed for the term as aforementioned by the Mayor and by the Engineers and approved by Council.
   (c)    The Engineer shall receive such compensation as provided for in the aforementioned contract. (1964 Code §35.30)
