143.12 SHARED FIRE TELEPHONE CONNECTOR SYSTEM.

(a) The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into contractual agreements with other municipalities to establish and maintain a Shared Fire Telephone Connector System, upon such terms and conditions as are in the best interest of the City.

(b) The Auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized to pay such invoices as may be presented for the telephone system from the appropriate numbered account.
