   141.14 PART-TIME PROPERTY ROOM PERSONNEL.
   (a)   There is hereby created within the Police Department the position of part-time Property Room Coordinator.
   (b)   The part-time Property Room Coordinator shall be appointed by the Director of Public Safety, and the position shall be within the unclassified service of the City.
   (c)   The Property Room Coordinator shall be under the direct supervision of the Chief of the Police Department.
   (d)   There is hereby created within the Police Department the position of part-time Property Room Clerk.
   (e)   The Property Room Clerk shall be appointed by the Director of Public Safety, and the position shall be within the unclassified service of the City.
   (f)   The Property Room Clerk shall be under the direct supervision of the Chief of the Police Department.
