141.11 NONLIABILITY OF POLICE OFFICERS.

   In those cases where, as provided in Section 30 of the City Charter, the City Attorney is called upon to defend a police officer in a suit brought against such police officer arising out of or in the course of his employment with the City, the City shall save such police officer harmless from personal liability or any judgment resulting from such claim or suit defended by the Attorney.
