141.07 POLICE BENEVOLENCE ASSOCIATION.

   There is hereby created a Police Benevolence Association.

   (a)    The Police Benevolence Association is hereby given authority to install vending machines in the Whitehall Police Department Headquarters.

   (b)    The Trustees of this Association shall deposit to this fund the following:

      (1)    All profits from vending machines, and

      (2)    All donations and gifts received from all other sources requesting that such be given specifically to this Fund.

   (c)    The trustees shall be three in number appointed by the Police Chief for staggered terms: one for two years, one for three years, and one for five years.

   (d)    The Trustees of the Association shall appoint a Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer and draw up rules and regulations for their operation.
