141.06 SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.

(a) There is hereby created the position of Senior Administrative Assistant for the Police Department. The Senior Administrative Assistant shall be appointed by the Director of Public Safety and the position shall be in the unclassified service, subject to a six-month probationary period.

(b) The Senior Administrative Assistant shall be under the supervision of the Police Chief and shall have duties and responsibilities as defined by a job description for the position, approved by the Director of Public Safety.

(c) The position of Senior Administrative Assistant shall be in a legislated salary range.
