139.015 FURTHERANCE OF JUSTICE FUND.

There is hereby created a "Furtherance of Justice Fund," which shall be administered by and accounted for by the Director of Public Safety who shall make monthly reports to the Auditor, and which are approved by the Mayor for all moneys spent. Such funds are to be used for investigations pertaining to the Department of Public Safety and for the procuring of any and all information that the Director may deem necessary.
