133.05 MUNICIPAL COURT PROSECUTIONS.

(a) The City Attorney is hereby authorized to utilize the Staff of the City Prosecutor's Office of the City of Columbus, or is authorized to contract with attorneys who are not employees of the City of Whitehall or City of Columbus, for the prosecution of criminal and traffic cases in the Franklin County Municipal Court as he deems necessary.

(b) The Mayor and City Attorney are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the City of Columbus or attorneys chosen by the City Attorney, for prosecution of criminal and traffic cases in the Franklin County Municipal Court, at a maximum rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour.

(c) The City Auditor and City Treasurer are hereby authorized to pay for such legal services that have been approved by the City Attorney out of the Municipal Court Prosecutions Account (101-5000-8000).
