123.01 METHOD OF PUBLICATION BY POSTING.

(a) The publication of all ordinances and resolutions and other notices, statements, orders, proclamations and reports required by law to be published shall be published by posting a copy thereof in the Whitehall Municipal Building located at 360 South Yearling Road, Whitehall, Ohio, for a period of not less than fifteen days prior to the effective date thereof. Emergency legislation shall also be so posted but such posting shall not postpone the effective date thereof.

(b) Posting shall be done inside the Municipal Building by the Clerk of Council and, in addition, the Clerk may post a copy somewhere on the outside of the Building.
