   121.02 AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PROGRAM.
   (a)    The City is committed to equal employment opportunities in all activities of the Municipality.
   (b)    In order to achieve this goal, Council hereby officially adopts this Affirmative Action Program, which is attached to original Ordinance 124-76 and made a part hereof, for all areas under the direct control of Council.
