105.01 DIVISION INTO FOUR WARDS; BOUNDARIES.

   Council hereby declares the territory of the City to be divided into four wards, known as Wards One, Two, Three and Four and bounded as follows:

   (a)    Ward One. Beginning at the northwesterly corner of the City of Whitehall; thence southerly, easterly and southerly with the corporation line of the City to the southwesterly corner of the City, such point being approximately 1200 feet south of East Main Street;

      Thence easterly with the corporation line of the City to the centerline of Yearling Road;

      Thence northerly with the centerline of Yearling Road to the centerline of Main Street;

      Thence westerly with the centerline of Main Street to the centerline of Beechwood Road;

      Thence northerly with the centerline of Beechwood Road to the centerline of Etna Street;

      Thence westerly with the centerline of Etna Street to the centerline of Robinwood Avenue;

      Thence northerly with the centerline of Robinwood Avenue to the centerline of East Broad Street;

      Thence easterly with the centerline of East Broad Street to the east corporation line of the City;

      Thence northerly with the east corporation line to the north corporation line;

      Thence westerly with the north corporation line to the place of beginning.

   (b)    Ward Two. Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of East Broad Street and the centerline of Robinwood Avenue;

      Thence southerly with the centerline of Robinwood Avenue to the centerline of Etna Street;

      Thence easterly with the centerline of Etna Street to the centerline of Beechwood Road;

      Thence southerly with the centerline of Beechwood Road to the centerline of Main Street;

      Thence easterly with the centerline of Main Street to the centerline of Yearling Road;

      Thence northerly with the centerline of Yearling Road to the centerline of East Broad Street;

      Thence westerly with the centerline of East Broad Street to the place of beginning.

   (c)    Ward Three. Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of East Broad Street and the centerline of Yearling Road;

      Thence southerly with the centerline of Yearling Road to the south corporation line of the City;

      Thence easterly with the south corporation line of the City to the centerline of Shady Lane Road;

      Thence northerly with the centerline of Shady Lane Road to the centerline of East Main Street;

      Thence westerly with the centerline of East Main Street to the centerline of Hamilton Road;

      Thence northerly with the centerline of Hamilton Road to the centerline of East Broad Street;

      Thence westerly with the centerline of East Broad Street to the place of beginning.

   (d)    Ward Four. Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of East Broad Street and the centerline of Hamilton Road;

      Thence southerly with the centerline of Hamilton Road to the centerline of East Main Street;

      Thence easterly along the centerline of East Main Street to the southeast corner of the City;

      Thence northerly, easterly and northerly with the corporation line of the City to the centerline of East Broad Street;

      Thence westerly with the centerline of East Broad Street to the point of beginning.
