   1109.01 BOARDING HOUSES.
   (a)   Conditions. The conditions described below apply to boarding houses.
   (b)   Maximum Occupancy. A boarding house shall have no more than twenty (20) guests at any given time. (Ord. 081-2023. Passed 10-3-23.)
