184.012 PURPOSES OF TAX; RATE.

(A) To provide funds for the purposes of general municipal operations, maintenance, new equipment and capital improvements of the City of Whitehall and other items as set forth in this chapter.

(B) There is hereby levied a tax at the rate of 2.5% per annum
