1303.06 ALTERATION AND REPAIR OF EXISTING FACILITIES; PERMIT REQUIRED; FEES.

   (a)   No person, firm or corporation, either as owner or agent shall alter, repair or remodel any existing facility without first obtaining a permit to do so from the Building Official and paying the fee prescribed herein for such work.

   (b)   All applications for permits to alter, repair or remodel existing facilities shall be made to the Building Department. The application approved by the Building Official shall be accompanied by a fee in accordance to this chapter.

   (c)   Each permit issued by the Building Official shall be subject to revocation whenever it appears, in the judgment of the Building Official, that such work is being so constructed as to violate any term and/or condition of this chapter or any statute of the State.
