1503.02 SETTING FIRES.

No person shall set fire to, or cause the burning of, any bedding, rug, curtain, drape or other household furnishing or fitting or any other part of any hotel, motel, rooming house, apartment building, convalescent home, rest home, child care facility or similar place of abode by any means whatsoever, through carelessness, neglect or negligence, in such a manner as to endanger the safety of any person or property.
