1309.09 NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE ADOPTED.

   There is hereby adopted for the purpose of the practical safeguarding of persons, buildings and their contents from hazards or dangers arising from the use of electricity for light, heat, power, radio and for other purposes, that certain code known as the National Electric Code, being the 2011 edition thereof, recommended by the National Fire Prevention Association, Ohio Building Code and Residential Code of Ohio as may be revised from time to time.
