149.02 LOT SPLITS.

   In addition to duties as outlined in Section 52 of the Whitehall City Charter and duties outlined in the Codified Ordinances of the City of Whitehall, the Planning Commission shall review and approve all lot splits for property containing one acre or greater. Section 151.06 of the Administrative Code details the procedure for requests for lot splits.
