765.01 FEE ESTABLISHED.

(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 1332.32(C)(2), the City will be charging a video service provider fee of five percent (5%) of gross revenues of all video service providers holding a statewide video service authorization from the Ohio Department of Commerce, from all their subscribers having service addresses within the municipal corporation.

(b) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 1332.32(B)(2)(g), advertising revenue shall be included in the definition of gross revenue upon which the five percent (5%) video service provider fee shall be calculated. (Ord. 28-08. Passed 4-15-08.)
