165.04 HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST.

The Director shall appoint a full-time Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist shall be placed in the exempt, unclassified services. This position shall serve under the guidance and direction of the Director of Human Resources and shall also serve as the Secretary to the Civil Service Commission.
