165.03 QUALIFICATIONS OF DIRECTOR.
At a minimum, the Director of Human Resources must meet one of the following qualifications at the time of appointment:
(a) Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) degree in human resources, public administration, business administration, plus at least five years of professional human resources experience, at least three of which must have been in a management position; or
(b) Bachelor’s degree, plus at least seven years of direct experience in the human resources field, at least five of which must have been in a management position.
