165.02 APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES.

(a) There is hereby established a Human Resources Commission, composed of the Mayor, the Auditor, and the City Attorney, to oversee the Department of Human Resources as provided in this chapter.

(b) The Director of Human Resources shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Human Resources Commission. The Director shall serve at the pleasure and may be removed without cause by the Mayor with the consent of the Commission.

(d) The Director of Human Resources shall not hold any other public office or employment that is incompatible with the position of Director of Human Resources, as determined by the Mayor and the Human Resources Commission.
