739.10 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
Any license issued under this chapter may be temporarily suspended or revoked by the Director of Public Service for any of the following reasons:
(a) Fraud or misrepresentation in the application for license.
(b) Fraud or misrepresentation in the course of conducting business of vending.
(c) Conducting the business for which the license was issued contrary to the conditions of the license.
(d) Sale or attempted sale of anything other than that which the licensee is licensed to vend.
(f) Conviction of the licensee of any crime or violation of municipal ordinance or state law involving moral turpitude or violation of any provision of this chapter.
