   377.07 TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP.
   (a)    Upon the sale or other transfer of a licensed bicycle, the licensee shall remove the license plate and shall surrender it to the Police Chief.
   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
