377.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall ride or propel a bicycle on any street or public way or part thereof in the City unless such bicycle has been licensed and provided with the proper license plate as required in this chapter.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
