377.01 RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENTS AND GUARDIANS.

(a) The parent of any child or the guardian of any minor ward shall not authorize or knowingly permit any such child or minor ward to violate any of the provisions of this chapter relating to bicycles.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
