303.07 FURNISHING ACCIDENT REPORT COPIES.

(a) The Police Department is authorized to furnish a photocopy of motor vehicle accident reports investigated by the Department to any person or his attorney claiming an interest arising out of such motor vehicle accident upon the payment of the fees as set forth in subsection (b) hereof.

(b) The Police Department shall charge three dollars ($3.00) for the basic accident report and one dollar ($1.00) per page for photocopying of any related police reports, statements, investigating summaries or additional pages to such accident resort. All moneys collected shall go into the General Fund.
