   141.16 SCHOOL RESOURCE MANAGER.
   (a)   There is hereby created within the Police Department the position of School Resource Manager.
   (b)   The School Resource Manager shall be appointed by the Director of Public Safety, and the position shall be within the unclassified service of the City.
   (c)   The School Resource Manager shall be under the direct supervision of the Chief of the Police Department.
