   141.15 ACCREDITATION AND BACKGROUNDS MANAGER.
   (a)   There is hereby created within the Police Department the position of Accreditation and Backgrounds Manager.
   (b)   The Accreditation and Backgrounds Manager shall be appointed by the Director of Public Safety, and the position shall be within the classified service of the City.
   (c)   The Accreditation and Backgrounds Manager shall be under the direct supervision of the Chief of the Police Department.
