133.09 COORDINATOR OF VICTIM SERVICES.

(b) The position of Coordinator of Victim Services shall be in the unclassified service of the City, which shall be a part-time position to be appointed and serve at the pleasure of the City Attorney.

(c) The City Attorney shall define the duties to be performed and the skills and education necessary for the position holder. The Civil Service Commission of the City must approve said job description and any modification.

(d) The position shall be exempt and within a salary range established and funded by Council. (Ord. 50-01. Passed 9-18-01.)
