1307.04 REGISTRATION APPLICATION FEE.

   A fee for the registration application shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) to be paid to the Department of Public Service. In case any applicant has previously had a license or registration as a journeyman plumber revoked for cause, or has been convicted of engaging or purporting to be engaged as a journeyman plumber without first having procured a license therefore, the fee to be paid with such application shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) and proof of Ohio licensing.
