1307.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall engage in or work at the trade as a journeyman plumber in the City until they shall have first procured a journeyman plumber license. Each journeyman plumber shall have on his person while employed or engaged in the task of supervising or installing plumbing a certificate of registration of license for the current year from the City.
