1501.03 VALIDITY.

Each section of the Fire Prevention Code, subsequent supplements thereto, and additions, deletions or changes prescribed in Chapter 1502 and every part of such sections is an independent section and part of a section, and the holding of any section or part thereof to be unconstitutional, void or ineffective for any cause does not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section or part thereof.
