1501.01 ADOPTION OF FIRE PREVENTION CODE.

   A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the Office of the Clerk of Council of the City of Whitehall, being marked and designated as the Ohio Fire Code 2007 in its entirety, and all subsequent editions thereto together with such portions as are or may hereafter be added, deleted, modified or amended, be and hereby is adopted as the "Whitehall Fire Prevention Code". The Ohio Fire Code is adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length in this section with the deletions, modifications and amendments as prescribed in Chapter 1502 .
