1335.05 APPEAL.

   The owner may appeal, to the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, the decision and findings of the Nuisance Abatement Board within ten days after the completion of service of the order of the findings of the Board. The Board shall, as required by the Ohio Revised Code, forward all inspection reports, photographs and any other materials submitted into evidence, together with the written order issued by the Board to the Court.
