1323.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both. Each day of such violation shall be considered a separate offense.
