1321.04 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

No person shall locate, construct, use, operate, repair, maintain or permit or suffer the accumulation of water in any swimming pool except in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 035-2013. Passed 6-4-13.)
