1321.01 DEFINED.

The following definition shall apply in the interpretation and enforcement of this chapter. "Swimming pool" means a body of water of artificial construction, outdoors and intended for swimming or recreational bathing that contains water or may contain water over twenty-four (24) inches deep. This includes in-ground, above ground and on-ground, permanent, portable, non- portable swimming pools, hot tubs and spas.
