1319.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisoned not more than ten days, or both. Each day that such tent remains standing in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. The fines arising for violation of this chapter shall be credited to the General Fund.
