1319.01 TENTS RESTRICTED.

No tent shall be erected for business purposes or public gatherings wherein more than five people assemble in one tent within the City, except for temporary purposes and then not to exceed a period of thirty days. (Ord. 38-87. Passed 5-5-87.)
