1317.03 EXTENSION OF PERMITS.
   (a)    Council may, when the public interest so requires, issue a permit for a longer period of time than thirty days for a structure moved into the City provided that the structure is of a permanent and not of a temporary nature. After being moved into the City, such structure shall comply with the Building Code of the City.
   (b)    Any such house trailer, house car, street or railway car or building previously erected moved into the City, having but a temporary permit, shall be removed upon the expiration of the permit or when no longer used or required for the purpose for which it was moved into the City.
