1315.01 SCOPE.

   The provisions of this chapter apply to the construction, alteration, repair, use, occupancy and maintenance of detached one, two and three family dwellings not more than three stories in height, and their accessory structures.

   Compliance with the requirements of this chapter may be considered as prima facie evidence of compliance with the code.
