1309.03 REGISTRATION OF ELECTRICIANS.

   No person, firm or corporation shall engage in the business of installing, maintaining, altering or repairing electric wiring for light, heat or power within the City or expose a sign or any advertisement holding themselves out as qualified to do any such work unless and until such person, firm or corporation has registered with the City of Whitehall and has paid the annual fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for such registration. Each such registration shall be effective for one year from the date of approved application, and no person, firm or corporation shall make nor shall they be permitted to make any alteration or addition to any wiring installation until the person doing the work or the person, firm or corporation employing the workman has been duly registered.
