1307.07 APPRENTICES.

Each journeyman is entitled to assistance in the installation of plumbing by not more than one apprentice. Apprentices shall work only in the presence of either a licensed master or journeyman plumber. The licensed plumber shall be responsible for the work of the apprentice employed by or assigned to the plumber for supervision. No master plumber shall employ any helper or apprentice and represent the aforesaid helper or apprentice as a licensed master or journeyman plumber.
