The Building Inspector shall furnish all building permit applications with a site plan showing all buildings, drives, parking spaces and signs and other drawings, etc. to the Development Review Committee for review and action when such applications pertain to property fronting on Broad Street, Main Street, Hamilton Road or Yearling Road, or pertain to other property designated on the Zoning District Map as Commercial. The Building Inspector shall inform the applicant of the review by the Development Review Committee and request his presence at the next scheduled review meeting. The Building Inspector shall receive all reports or notifications of the Committee and act upon them as though they are a part of this Zoning Code. (Ord. 68-70. Passed 6-2-70; Ord. 34-95.
