933.09 REVOCATION AND SUSPENSION OF LICENSE.

The Director of Public Service may revoke or suspend any license granted under this chapter for the failure of a commercial hauler to comply with the provisions of this chapter or for failure to comply with any rule or regulation promulgated by the Director under this chapter. (Ord. 67-68. Passed 5-21-68.)
