933.07 FREQUENCY OF COLLECTIONS.

   Garbage and refuse of commercial establishments shall be collected at least once a week. However, the Director of Public Service may require by rule or regulation that garbage, trash, rubbish and refuse of specific commercial establishments or classes of commercial establishments be collected on a more frequent basis. Refuse pick-ups are to be made during daylight hours, unless special permission for extended hours is granted by the Director.
