933.04 REGISTRATION TAGS.

   One Whitehall commercial refuse registration tag will be required for each refuse packer unit which is being operated under a valid commercial refuse license and will be displayed on the left side of the body of the truck, immediately behind the cab. A fee of one dollar ($1.00) shall be paid for each annual registration tag.

   The Ohio license plate number of each truck making commercial refuse pick-ups in the City is to be reported to the Director of Public Service. This requirement is applicable when license plates are replaced or transferred. If, for reason of repair or other circumstances, a truck which is presently operating in the City is to be replaced by another truck, this replacement equipment must be safety checked at the Police Department and an insurance binder or owner's certificate of insurance covering this equipment filed with the Director of Public Service prior to the time this replacement equipment is to be used for refuse pick-ups in the City. A commercial refuse tag is to be purchased for replacement equipment at a cost of one dollar ($1.00) and is to be displayed on the equipment as specified above.
